ManpowerGroup's client is seeking a Mainframe Logical Security Engineer to join the IT Operations Department in a hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ. You will design, implement, and manage security controls across IBM z/OS environments, administer RACF, and enforce least-privilege access.

This role requires strong problem-solving, collaboration, and a proactive approach to support regulatory requirements such as SOX, PCI, and HIPAA while contributing to enterprise security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on RACF administration on z/OS systems.
• Deep knowledge of RACF profiles, classes, dataset security, and user/group management.
• Experience with security reporting, audit tools, and analyzing SMF data.
• Understanding of z/OS security concepts, system internals, and mainframe security architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
