As a Mainframe Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our mainframe systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. Your expertise in ACF2 and RACF will be essential for implementing and managing access controls, ensuring compliance with security policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and maintain mainframe security solutions using ACF2 and RACF.
2. Monitor and optimize mainframe system performance.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve mainframe-related issues.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of mainframe systems with other IT infrastructure.
5. Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
6. Conduct security audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Mainframe Engineer or similar role.
• Expertise in ACF2 and RACF security systems.
• Strong understanding of mainframe architecture and operations.
• Proficiency in mainframe programming languages (e.g., COBOL, Assembler).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with mainframe performance monitoring and tuning tools.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation, employee assistance, PTO, and more. Eligibility requirements apply.
