TALENT Software Services is seeking a Software Change Management SME to guide clients through Endevor DBB/GIT/IDD migrations, providing technical expertise, migration support, and training delivery on z/OS/mainframe environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on migration, project collaboration with IBM teams and client stakeholders, and the ability to design DevOps pipelines using Git and IBM DBB for intelligent mainframe builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years as a Systems Programmer or similar role.
• 4+ years of customer-facing consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support (CA-Endevor) SCMs to DBB/GIT/IDD migration projects.
• Articulate a strategic vision for modernizing IBM's Git/DBB solution with clear business benefits.
• Architect DevOps pipeline using Git, IBM DBB for intelligent mainframe builds, and automated deployment.
• Assess current legacy SCM workflows and design a migration path to Git with IBM DBB.
• Perform installation, configuration, and problem determination for DBB/GIT/IDD on customer systems.
• Analyze, convert, and validate Endevor applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting DBB/GIT/IDD-related issues.
• Conduct customer training sessions and develop presentation materials for DBB/Git/IDD and migration processes.
• Collaborate with IBM teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Document migration processes, best practices, and technical resolutions.

Mandatory Skills and Skill Proficiencies:

• Clear, concise communication skills
• Ability to articulate the Git/DBB Lifecycle.
• Strong Application Development or System Programmer background.
• Proven installation and migration experience on IBM z/OS and USS.
• Excellent customer interfacing and communication skills.
• Solid problem determination and troubleshooting ability related to Git/DBB/IDD/Wazi.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
• 8 + years as a Systems Programmer or other similar position
• 4+ years of customer-facing consulting experience
• Development, application lifecycle, or change management experience is a plus
