We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in Worcester, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).

• Provide Technical solutions in Mainframe Technologies.
• Provide estimations for projects.
• Write detailed technical specifications.
• Review Code and QA Test plan and Test execution.
• Review and Propose changes to the Tech Design.
• Developing application by following Tech Design and Technical specification documents.
• Maintaining proper documentation for the work requests, change requests and defects.
• Create and maintain Implementation plan and support Release activities.
• Responsible to support the application for any Critical Production Issues.
• Subject Mater expert and Tech Lead in team.
• Provide Trainings to the Team in both Domain and Technology. Help reduce the Skill gaps in team.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience across the Mainframe
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in P&C insurance knowledge

• This position does not require travel. Preferred location is Worcester, MA or East coast.

• Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

• Project lead experience

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $50 to $60. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, andother qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
