Job summary

Business Needs Inc. is seeking a seasoned Mainframe specialist to lead modernization initiatives, migrate legacy systems, and enable API integrations between Mainframe and modern environments.

The role requires deep COBOL/CICS/DB2 expertise and strong communication with stakeholders in financial services domains.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Mainframe development experience.
• Hands-on COBOL, CICS and DB2 expertise.
• Experience with application modernization and legacy transformation.
• Experience migrating languages and systems to modern platforms.
• API integration between Mainframe and non-Mainframe environments.
• Exposure to Java and/or Python alongside Mainframe technologies.
• Financial Services or Cash Management domain experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
