Job summary

Artifintech in Dallas is seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with hands-on COBOL, JCL, DB2 and CICS expertise to design, develop, and support enterprise mainframe applications.

You will write and optimize COBOL programs, create JCL for batch jobs, work with SQL queries on DB2 and VSAM, develop online apps with CICS, and provide production support and reviews. Collaborative teamwork is essential for delivering reliable systems.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining large-scale mainframe applications.
• Hands-on COBOL development and optimization.
• Experience writing and tuning JCL batch jobs.
• Experience with DB2 databases and SQL queries.
• Experience building online applications using CICS.
• Strong debugging and production support skills.
