Farmers and Merchants Bank of Long Beach is seeking a Main Office Receptionist to manage visitors, answer calls, log deliveries, and support daily office operations with professionalism.
This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and preferably one year of clerical experience; ability to lift 25 lbs and work in a team environment are essential.
The successful candidate will assist with mail distribution, boardroom organization, and special projects as needed.
The Main Office Receptionist is responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, customers, telephone calls and messages, as well as a variety of clerical duties that support the operation and presentation of a professional office. This position will complete various special projects on top of daily duties and will be expected to complete all tasks in a timely manner.
Complies with all State and Federal Banking regulatory requirements, including but not limited to: BSA, Anti-Money Laundering OFAC, CIP, Financial Elder Abuse Reporting, Sexual Harassment, Information Security and privacy requirements. This position will elevate suspicious activity to supervisory staff and/or BSA department. Completes compliance and other technical training workshops as assigned.
Officer Title Eligibility For qualified positions, the Bank may designate Officer Titles to employees who meet defined competencies for an eligible position. This position is not eligible for an Officer Title.
Requires sitting for prolong periods of time. Requires lifting of 25 lbs.Office setting w/controlled temperature.
