Job summary

Archer Western Construction, LLC, a member of The Walsh Group, is seeking a Main Line Excavator Operator for the Water Mountain West Region / Palisades Project in Fountain Hills, AZ. The operator will run an excavator on site to construct, maintain, or repair heavy civil structures and assist with related duties.

Required: 3–5 years of excavator experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, adherence to safety policies, and a pre-employment drug screen. We offer opportunities across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of excavator operating experience preferred.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs; may work in adverse weather.
• Must follow all safety policies and procedures and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good manual dexterity; may stand, bend, kneel, or sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operates an Excavator to dig, excavate, and move/transport materials.
• Know operating procedures for loading and unloading materials.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks; complete paperwork as needed.
• May perform other related duties as required.
