Overview
Responsible for distributing banks to internal guests of internal departments as well as dropping these banks with accuracy. Protects company assets issued to them while dealing with guests, in an efficient and courteous manner.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Six months of previous work experience in guest services or casino operations required.
- Cage cashier experience preferred.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain a gaming license from the Osage Nation.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must provide documentation proving eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Osage, Native American, and Veteran preferences apply.
- Ability to perform all essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
Responsibilities
Communication:
- Stay informed of company news via bulletin boards, digital signage, and newsletters.
- Communicate concerns and information effectively to supervisors and listen to their feedback.
- Propose improvements to management following chain of command.
- Observe and report unsafe behaviors by guests and staff.
Department Operations:
- Handle cash transactions accurately; possess ten-key skills.
- Balance high volumes of currency consistently.
- Count and balance funds at shift start and end; verify totals against vault records.
- Manage currency, coin, chips, jackpots, and deposits; record transactions properly.
- Maintain accountability for entrusted funds.
- Transfer coins, chips, and funds between vaults and departments, documenting transfers.
- Prepare and release funds to cashiers and revenue centers; support cash receipt documentation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Guest Service:
- Provide courteous and professional service to all guests.
- Maintain respectful and positive interactions with colleagues and guests.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Maintain good relationships with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, including the state-tribal compact, IGRA, MICS, ONGR, Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, USA Patriot Act, and Privacy Act.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Fluent in English; able to read reports and communicate effectively.
- Basic math skills required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Follow instructions accurately under supervision.
- Build positive relationships with staff and guests.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office at a basic level.
- Exercise good judgment and seek guidance when needed.
- Identify and avoid illegal or unsafe situations.
- Respond appropriately to inquiries and complaints.
- Travel locally as needed.
- Maintain physical stamina for job duties.
- Engage in ongoing professional development.
Physical Demands:
- Stand, walk, sit, and use hands frequently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
- Visual and auditory acuity required.
Work Environment:
- Casino setting with exposure to second-hand smoke.
- Evening, weekend, and irregular shifts required.
- Moderate to high noise levels; travel between properties may be necessary.
- Potential exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and machinery risks.
