Job Description
Responsible for operating the main bank within the casino cage, performing transaction functions with Cage Cashiers, and auditing all gaming traffic documentation.

1. Maintain accurate disbursement of guest and company funds by processing and verifying all transactions in accordance with gaming regulations and company policies.
2. Document and issue receipts for markers, payouts, safekeeping, jackpots, and table fills.
3. Exchange gaming chips and tickets, cash checks, and process markers and fills.
4. Monitor cash intake in both Hard and Soft Count areas, including counting all monies and verifying collection figures.
5. Audit documentation for fill traffic from all gaming areas.
6. Obtain customer credit information and coordinate with cage personnel accordingly.
7. Maintain bank balance and safeguard casino cage assets during your shift.
8. Process promotion paperwork, Food & Beverage, and other deposits.
9. Assist the Cage Supervisor with training or guidance as needed.
10. Assist guests with inquiries and inform them about current promotions.
11. This role requires standing for most of the shift.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of six months of cage cashiering experience.
• Ability to operate calculators, computers, and money counters.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Ability to bend, push, lift, and carry up to 26 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain necessary gaming licenses and certifications.
