Now Hiring : Mailroom Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate : $17.00 per hour

• Monday - Friday
• Additional overtime as needed
• Some Saturdays
• Mandatory Paid Training : 4 weeks

Position Overview

Join the Conduent team as an Onsite Mailroom Warehouse Associate and be part of an innovative, people-first organization. In this dynamic role, youll be an essential member of our team, working across multiple departments as a floater to support document control and mailroom operations. This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a variety of tasks and responsibilities.

As a Mailroom Warehouse Associate, youll be responsible for receiving, processing, sorting, and distributing mail and documents, delivering and retrieving mail from warehouse, while ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work well both independently and in a team environment. Must have valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sort, process, and transport deliveries to warehouse.
• Load and Unload Pallets
• Operate Company Truck for Deliveries
• Operate mailroom equipment, including scanners, copiers, and printers.
• Handle administrative tasks when needed.
• Maintain focus and productivity while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to security protocols and company policies to safeguard sensitive information.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure overall operational efficiency.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week and adapt to flexible work hours.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25lbs regularly.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Prior experience in data entry, administrative tasks, or mailroom operations preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $17.00 an hour.
