Conduent is seeking a Mailroom Quality Assurance Associate I to review and verify scanned documents, ensuring accuracy before final processing. The role involves working at a computer, handling documents, and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to sit and work on a computer for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and navigation.
• Ability to pass required background screening and drug test.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
• Ability to work extended shifts (10–15 hours) in a standing position.

Responsibilities

• Review scanned digital documents for accuracy and quality.
• Identify and correct errors such as double feeds, missing pages, or barcode issues.
• Use computer systems to track, review, and validate document files.
• Organize completed document stacks and place them into designated boxes.
• Prepare and stage boxes for transfer to warehouse storage.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards.
