This role requires physical mobility and the ability to read job tickets, follow SOPs, and troubleshoot mechanical issues on a fast-paced line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience using inserters, tabbers, and inkjets from listed brands.
• Ability to exert 40 pounds of force for a significant portion of the shift.
• Mobility to bend, twist, stoop, and kneel as needed.
• Moderate computer skills and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and operate inkjets, inserters, and tabbers.
• Ensure job tickets are understood and followed.
• Troubleshoot line and mechanical issues.
• Follow and complete all checklists, SOPs, and job sign-offs.
• Use pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Set up and layout jobs as needed.
• Ensure quality of end product while maintaining efficiency goals.
• Read and write well in English.
