United Direct Solutions is seeking a full-time Mail Sorter for 1st and 2nd shifts at our Louisville, Kentucky facility. The role involves processing all mail classes by hand following USPS procedures and operating multiple mail manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities include training new operators, maintaining high quality, recording work details, and assisting with order fulfillment. Evening/weekend overtime may apply during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Process all mail classes by hand per USPS procedures.
• Operate and troubleshoot three classes of mail equipment.
• Train new operators on two classes of equipment.
• Maintain a high quality standard in all tasks.
• Communicate work status to management clearly.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Assist with fulfilling and manual processing of orders.

Responsabilités

• Process letters, flats, periodicals and parcels to specification.
• Setup and troubleshoot mail manufacturing equipment as needed.
• Train peers on equipment operation and procedures.
• Maintain quality and document workflow accuracy.
• Contribute to timely order fulfillment and inventory records.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily targets.

Salary Range: $17.00 To $17.50 Hourly

United Direct Solutions is currently seeking a full time Mail Sorters for 1st and 2nd Shift at our Louisville, Kentucky facility.

Schedule: Monday- Friday

1st Shift- Monday- Friday 6:00AM- 2:30PM

2nd Shift- Monday- Friday 2:00PM- 10:00PM

Saturday overtime as needed. Fall season overtime required from Mid-September through Mid-December.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Able to process all (letters, flats. Periodicals, parcels) classes of mail by hand in accordance with United Direct Solutions and USPS procedures.
• Able to proficiently operate and perform intermediate setup and troubleshooting on at least three class of mail manufacturing equipment.
• Able to train new operators on at least two classes of mail manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain a high degree of quality in all work performed
• Effectively communicate status of work being performed to management.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used in accordance with United Direct Solutions procedures.
• Assist in the fulfilling and manual processing of orders.

Other duties may be assigned.
