FedEx Office in McLean, VA is seeking a Mail Services Specialist to manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcels, coordinate shipping, and deliver exceptional customer service within a corporate setting. The role may involve assisting with equipment, supplies and fulfillment based on customer account requirements.
You will interact daily with customers, managers and vendors to meet business objectives, handling tasks from mail processing to light administrative duties with minimal supervision.
The Mail Services Specialist is responsible for the accurate, efficient, and timely handling of incoming and outgoing mail and parcels within a corporate, campus, or retail setting. This role ensures that all items are processed in accordance with company policies and industry standards, while providing excellent service to internal and external clients. The position will also provide a variety of support services associated with equipment, supplies and fulfillment based on customer account requirements. This role may have interaction with customers and must deliver a positive customer experience to all customers, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives and provide solutions. The Mail Services Specialist works with minimal instruction and supervision and interacts daily with customers, managers, team members and vendors accomplishing established business objectives.
This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job‑related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
