Job summary

• Ability to read and understand proficiently in English.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. or more in a physical environment.

Responsibilities

• Driving trucks or vans to deliver messages, documents, packages, and mail to government agencies and business concerns.
• Transporting office personnel and performing errands such as carrying mail to and from the post office and sorting or opening mail.
• Obtaining receipts for delivered items and keeping a log of deliveries.
• Following instructions for delivery locations and any written directives.
• Assisting with office file work (maintenance, scanning, shelving, auditing) when not on a delivery route.
• Other duties as assigned.
