Job summary

Farmers is seeking a mail processing associate in Caledonia, MI to prepare materials for enterprise mailing in a fast-paced production setting. You will operate high-speed mail machinery, ensure USPS compliance, and assemble materials for delivery to recipients via USPS or other carriers.

The role requires a high school diploma and less than one year of general work experience preferred. The position offers a hybrid schedule with in-office work and some remote days for employees within 50 miles

Responsibilities

• Performs manual processing of mail using large, high-speed machines in a production environment.
• Assembles pre-printed materials within inserting and metering equipment for USPS/FEDEX/UPS delivery.
• Prepares compliance mail including certified mail and submits detailed production reports.
• Conducts regular audits to ensure quality standards and reduce costs.
