WHAT DO WE DO?

We haul mail for the United States Postal Service. Most of our freight is dedicated, round-trip. Drivers operate between Postal facilities and relay points. Loading and unloading trailers may be required, either solo or with dock workers, with or without mechanical freight-handling equipment.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

Hometime
Home daily, every other day, weekly, or out for a few weeks (OTR).

Pay: Hourly ($17.80-$22.70/hour plus additional H&W after 90 days) or Mileage pay, depending on the load.

Benefits
Eligibility after 90 days includes BC/BS health insurance, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, 10 paid holidays, Holiday Banking, Paid Vacation, Bi-Weekly Direct Deposit Payroll. Additionally, B&B Trucking provides $15,000 of free life insurance, with options for additional coverage up to $60,000 and dependent life. A 401(k) plan is also available.

Equipment: Most trucks are 5 years old or newer, mainly Volvos with some Internationals. Governed at 68 MPH, with features like APUs and Refrigerators. 95% automatics, 5% manuals, with either super singles or dual tires.

CDL Class-B or Class-A

Solos or Teams. B & B Trucking, Inc. is based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and offers local, regional, and long-haul routes. Our drivers are experienced and dedicated, forming the backbone of our service.
