WHAT DO WE DO?
We haul mail for the United States Postal Service, primarily dedicated, round-trip freight between Postal facilities and relay points. Drivers may need to load and unload trailers, either alone or with dock workers, with or without mechanical freight-handling equipment.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
Hometime
Home daily, every other day, weekly, or out for a few weeks (OTR).
Pay options include hourly ($17.80-$22.70/hr plus additional H&W after 90 days) or mileage pay, depending on the load.
Benefits
Eligibility after 90 days includes BC/BS health insurance, dental, vision, short-term disability, 10 paid holidays, holiday banking, paid vacation, direct deposit payroll, $15,000 free life insurance (with options for more), and a 401(k).
Equipment includes mostly 5-year-old or newer trucks, mainly Volvos and Internationals, governed at 68 MPH, many with APUs and refrigerators, mostly automatics.
REQUIREMENTS:
CDL Class-A or B, solo or team drivers, clean MVR, at least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience, ability to work flexible schedules, proficiency in English, and knowledge of DOT regulations.
