Two Maids & A Mop is a home cleaning services company with offices nationwide. We are growing and hiring cleaning professionals.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Clean houses in two‑person teams using our Two Maids systems, products, and equipment.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while working independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and a well‑maintained, insured vehicle (any age acceptable as long as it is clean and functional).
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions and company systems.

Compensation and schedule:

• Pay can exceed $400 per week for 40 hours, paid every two weeks. Typical hourly rates are $15‑$20, but pay is commission‑based; higher quality work yields higher pay.
• Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (No weekends or holidays).
