Job Opportunity: Professional House Cleaner

Two Maids & A Mop of Manassas seeks reliable, team‑oriented individuals to work as professional house cleaners in a 2‑person team, following our proven Two Maids system.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer homes to perform routine and special cleaning tasks.
• Provide top‑quality work and customer service, communicating effectively with clients.
• Work cooperatively with a team member and follow company instructions and systems.
• Maintain a clean, rust‑free vehicle and keep it insured.
• Undergo and pass a background check.
• Work Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm; no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, well‑maintained vehicle.
• Ability to travel with a properly insured vehicle each workday.
• Willingness to receive and provide professional feedback.
• Ability to work with diverse personalities and lifestyles.
• Prefers to be on time rather than perfect and late.

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly pay $12.00–$14.00; average weekly earnings over $500 based on performance.
• Mileage reimbursed at the company rate.
