Job description

A Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, order, and proper supply of guest rooms, in order to deliver an excellent experience for our guests. The role also involves additional housekeeping-related tasks, including handling linen, restocking amenities, and maintaining the assigned service areas.

Main Responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel quality standards.

Change bed linens, towels, and other linens, ensuring they are in good condition.

Replenish amenities, toilet paper, and personal hygiene supplies.

Report any maintenance issues or irregularities found in the rooms.

Maintain cleanliness and order in hallways and service areas.

Keep the housekeeping cart stocked and organized throughout the shift.

Assist with inventory control and recordkeeping of linen and cleaning supplies.

Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols established by the hotel.

Provide friendly assistance to guests if needed.

Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors or hotel management.
