At Magnolia, the Store Manager, Magnolia Home, is responsible for all aspects of their retail store, including the execution of the retail strategy as it pertains to their store. The Store Manager will ensure all areas of the store meet key performance metrics while staying within budget. This role also plays an instrumental role in the professional development of their team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This position is based at Magnolia Home in Waco, Texas, reports to the Vice President of Retail, and has supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:
  • Facilitating successful trainings, performance and development meetings, and quarterly staff meetings
  • Providing consistent coaching and feedback to hold teams accountable to results and KPIs
  • Evaluating team member performance, both formally and informally
  • Leading by example by working on the sales floor at least 3 days a week
  • Giving real-time feedback and coaching to improve staff performance and guest experience
  • Managing product inventory, including cycle counts and adjustments
  • Collaborating with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure standards are met
  • Creating quarterly plans to meet sales and labor targets, tracking labor hours and expenses, and reporting metrics regularly
  • Overseeing staffing and hiring to ensure optimal team performance
  • Working with Store Operations to execute marketing initiatives and events
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
