Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for AHN Jefferson Hospital to provide comprehensive nursing care on a 32-bed unit with cardiac monitoring and specialized support for tracheostomy and high-oxygen needs.

The RN will lead professional practice, mentor staff, delegate appropriately, and participate in quality initiatives focused on patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure via the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Preferred certification in area of specialty.
• CPR certification is required; background clearances (Act 34, Act 33, FBI fingerprinting) may be required.
