Incredible Health Hospitals in the Toms River, NJ area are actively hiring a Registered Nurse for Med/Surg. The role requires an ADN or higher, an active RN license, and at least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical setting. BLS through AHA and EMR proficiency are required.

Salary ranges from $70,920 to $117,990 per year. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, and tuition assistance; shifts include day, night, and mid, with full-time, part-time, and per diem

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical setting.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
• Strong clinical skills across assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and implement physician-directed plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Accurately document all patient care in EMR per policies.
