Job summary

Magna Engineered Glass, part of Magna Exteriors, seeks a Controller to lead accounting and finance functions, drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role oversees cost/ general accounting, payroll, and internal auditing while partnering with IT to support financial systems.

Provides strategic leadership for the finance function, including planning, budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting. Supports corporate growth and profitability by developing long-term financial strategies and translating them into actionable plans. Oversees general and cost accounting, internal auditing, payroll, and financial systems, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:· Develops and implements philosophy and strategic direction and systems for all accounting/finance functions.
