Job summary

Card Kingdom, Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist for the PM shift in Monroe, WA. The role focuses on organizing inventory, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining accurate stock levels for Wizards of the Coast products.

The ideal candidate will operate warehouse equipment, utilize WMS/ERP systems, and provide excellent service to vendors and internal teams. Overtime is required, with a two-week rotating weekend schedule and a compensation range reflecting tenure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Proficiency in electronic inventory management systems and MS Office.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily picking and restocking of Magic: The Gathering singles, ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Preparation and packaging of orders.
• Inspecting orders for discrepancies before shipment.
• Handle customer requests, notes, and product returns.
• Meet team-based targets for service level agreements.
• Conduct quality checks and audits in the inventory system.
