Qualifications

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field with 1 year of relevant experience, or equivalent blends of education and experience.
Experience with GMP facilities, process development, and scale-up is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Support MACS Center startup and testing phase and assist operations during pilot plant operations.
Contribute to equipment setup, commissioning/qualification, and process development activities.
Assist in the creation of SOPs, documentation, and training for Operational Readiness.
Collaborate with development engineers, chemists, and compliance representatives to ensure quality and safety.
