Job summary

Brevan Howard Asset Management LLP is offering a Summer Internship for penultimate-year undergraduates or first-year master's/PhD students. You will work with the Data Sourcing and Strategy team to learn data acquisition, manage complex projects, and support investment professionals with data requirements.

You will train in macro markets, FX, and AI tools, receive mentorship, and attend talks and social events. Top performers may join the 2028 Graduate Program.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year undergraduate, or 1st year master’s/PhD student, to complete before July 2028.
• Strong mathematical and quantitative abilities with problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and R; interest in financial markets.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist Data Sourcing and Strategy team on data acquisition and data projects.
• Analyze data requirements with Investment Professionals to meet needs.
• Learn across topics: macro markets, trading strategies, risk management, and AI tools.
• Engage in talks, mentorships, and networking events during the program.
