Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree required.
• 1–5 years macro/economics/investment research or consulting experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with ability to pass a live technical screen.
• Experience with modelling time series data in macroeconomic or quantitative research.
• Strong communication and collaboration in a team environment.
• Commitment to high ethical standards and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Analyze alternative data sources to identify key market themes and KPIs.
• Produce internal research reports, verbal briefings, data feeds, and visualizations.
• Interact with investment professionals to learn macro investment processes.
• Collaborate with Data Sourcing, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Compliance to turn data into actionable research.
