Job summary

CrowdStrike in the United States is seeking a software engineer to join the TechOps SDA team. You will design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines powering software delivery for millions of customers worldwide.

The role emphasizes pipeline reliability, developer experience, and automation at enterprise scale. Candidates should have strong MacOS, DevOps, and cloud skills, plus a proven ability to collaborate across global teams.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or permanent resident required.
• MacOS hosts: experience administering/troubleshooting MacOS-based environments, including Swift, Xcode, and MacOS package management.
• Strong coding abilities in an OOP language (Python, Java, Groovy, or Go).
• 8-12 years of DevOps experience with software development.
• Hands-on CI/CD experience: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions in an enterprise setting.
• Production containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure, and common architectures.
• Git SCM with advanced workflows and branching strategies.
• Experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design & Build: Develop scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions for MacOS applications using modern DevOps toolchains
• Developer Experience: Create MacOS application self-service tools and frameworks within the CI/CD space that reduce developer toil and accelerate delivery cycles
• Reliability Engineering: Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation for our owned services
• Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to establish best practices and provide technical guidance through pipeline creation and optimization.
