Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a seasoned software delivery automation engineer to design and optimize CI/CD for MacOS applications at scale. You will build IaC pipelines, improve developer experience, and implement reliable monitoring across global teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, security-minded development, and a strong background in Jenkins/GitHub/GitLab stacks, Kubernetes, and Docker within large enterprises. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of DevOps experience with a strong focus on software development.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or US Permanent Resident.
• MacOS: Experience administering and troubleshooting MacOS based hosts and CICD dependencies, including but not limited to Swift, X Code, and MacOS native package management
• Programming Skills: Strong coding abilities using an OOP language (i.e. Python, Java, Groovy, or GO)
• CI/CD Expertise: Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms within an enterprise environment.
• Containerization: Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
• Cloud Platforms: Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure services and architecture patterns
• Version Control: SCM experience including advanced Git workflows and branching strategies (Bitbucket, Gitlab)
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design & Build: Develop scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions for MacOS applications using modern DevOps toolchains
• Developer Experience: Create MacOS application self-service tools and frameworks within the CI/CD space that reduce developer toil and accelerate delivery cycles
• Reliability Engineering: Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation for our owned services
• Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to establish best practices and provide technical guidance through pipeline creation and optimization.
