The Carlson Company is hiring machinists and assembly workers for our Wichita shop. These are full-time daytime roles requiring detail-orientation and the ability to work independently. Training is available for the right candidates, and you must meet product timelines efficiently.

You must operate equipment, use hand tools and gauges, and have basic math and problem-solving skills. PPE must be worn and lifting may be required; drug screening is required.

Job description

The Carlson Company has immediate job openings available for machinists and assembly workers in our shop.

These are full-time jobs for detail-oriented people with the ability to work independently. We are willing to train the right people.

You must be able to meet and exceed job time requirements in an efficient manner.

You must be able to operate equipment, use hand tools, gauges, and have basic math and problem-solving skills.

You must follow safety directives, wear eye and ear protection, and steel-toed shoes and be willing to work in a sometimes dirty environment.

Must be able to physically lift over 25lbs, stand for extended periods of time.

All applicants must be at least 18 years old.

You must be able to pass a drug screen.

This is a Full time, Daytime position (We close at 4:30 pm).
