Job summary

AAA-USA Inc is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to operate and program multi-axis machines, ensuring parts meet exact specifications.

You will work with Fanuc controls, read blueprints with GD&T, and maintain quality standards while coordinating with engineering and production teams in Jupiter, FL. This role requires precise measurement, setup, and maintenance of tooling and equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CNC programming certification or documented training preferred.
• Must complete EHS regulatory training.
• 5+ years of experience in manual and CNC multi-axis machining.
• Familiar with Fanuc Controls and programming multi-axis CNC equipment.
• Working knowledge of GD&T required.
• Proficient with Excel and email platforms.

Responsibilities

• Machining parts to specifications on CNC and manual machines.
• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using micrometers and calipers.
• Inspect finished components for defects per drawings or work instructions.
• Set up and operate CNC and manual machining centers.
• Align fixtures, tools and materials on machines.
• Monitor speeds and feeds to meet tolerances.
• Study drawings to determine operations and dimensions.
• Select tools and materials for machining work.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly maintenance of machines.
• Communicate with engineering and supervision to exchange technical information.
• Assemble parts to repair machine tooling.
• Perform end-of-shift cleaning and upkeep.
• Maintain 5S standards at work-center.

Essential Functions:

• Machine parts to specifications using CNC multi-axis equipment such as lathes, milling machines, grinders or EDM.
• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
• Measure and visually inspect completed components in process to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications using precision instruments based on drawing or work instruction requirements.
• Set-up, adjust and operate all of the manual and CNC machining centers in order to perform precision machining operations.
• Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments accessories and materials onto machines.
• Monitor speed and feed rates during the machining process to complete machining efficiently and within tolerances.
• Study sample parts, drawings, or engineering information in order to determine methods and sequences of operations needed to fabricate product and determine product dimensions and tolerances.
• Select the appropriate tools, machines and materials to be used in preparation for machining work based on work instruction.
• Maintain industrial machines per the required daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance schedule.
• Confer with engineering, technical lead, supervisor and manufacturing personnel in order to exchange technical information.
• Fit and assemble parts to make or repair machine tooling.
• Perform cleaning requirements at end of each shift.
• Maintain and improve 5s standards for work-center.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• CNC programming certification / documented training is strongly preferred.
• Must complete EHS assigned regulatory training for work area as described by PSM’s EHS Training Matrix.
• 5+ years of experience in industry with specific skills related to manual and CNC machining of multi axis machines.
• Familiar with Fanuc Controls and has programming experience with multi-axis CNC equipment.
• Working knowledge of GD&T is required.
• Experience in computer skills to include Xcel, Word and email platforms.
• Experience in electronic labor tracking databases.
• Must be self-motivated and possess a demonstrated ability to handle multiple issues in a responsive and decisive manner.
• Experience in quality systems. Prior experience working under formal environments such as NADCAP, ISO 9001, AS9100 or other quality programs.
• Must be a detailed oriented, high energy, self-starter with the ability to drive the successful completion of projects within specified time frames.
• Strong communication skills required both verbal and electronic.
