Job summary

Our machining operation features exceptional capabilities including lathes and mills, plus a full range of manual machines including gear-cutting and CNC equipment. Role and Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints
• Evaluate and comprehend engineering information provided
• Set-up and operate machine tools per direction
• Use precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers and bore gauges to measure parts throughout the machining process to ensure conformity to specifications
• Check output for quality assurance
• Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary adjustments such as offsets to produce the end product
• Check machinery on a daily basis to ensure they are functioning properly
• Maintains a safe and clean workstation
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Qualifications: Qualifications and Education Requirements
