Bender CCP is seeking an experienced Conventional/Manual Machinist to join our Operations team in Vernon, CA. You will set up and operate manual lathes and mills to produce, repair, and restore industrial components while maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards.
Responsibilities include interpreting drawings and GD&T, selecting tooling and feeds, using precision measuring tools, and performing independent setups. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

We are looking for an experienced Conventional/Manual Machinist to join our Operations team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on machining and is comfortable working with manual lathes, mills, and other shop equipment.
You will be responsible for setting up and operating manual machining equipment to produce, repair, and restore industrial components while maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards.
Pay: $28–$40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Overtime/Weekends: Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs.
