ATI is hiring a CNC Machinist in the Coon Valley, WI area to set up and operate CNC lathes, machine parts to tight tolerances, and perform final inspections while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role offers 2nd shift, 3rd shift, weekend shifts, and 2-2-3 nights with a base pay of $25/hr plus a $1/hr evening premium. ATI provides medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, 120 hours PTO and 12 holidays.

We are currently seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Coon Valley team. This position produces components by setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines, meeting ATI’s high safety and quality standards and maintaining equipment and supplies. A successful CNC machinist is safety-focused, a problem solver and understands the importance of precision and quality.

Our Coon Valley location plays a vital role in ATI’s Forged Products division by producing aerospace, jet engine and military components that meet the quality, reliability and safety standards of ATI and our customers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Raw material incoming visual inspection
• Performing manufacturing operations on CNC lathes
• Machining parts to meet tolerances for final inspection
• Inspecting and cleaning the finished product at the end of the production cycle
• Product final inspection
• Working closely with manufacturing leadership and fellow team members to achieve shared goals
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Accurate completion of required documentation.

2nd shift, 3rd shift, Weekend Shift, and 2-2-3 Nights Shifts available! Compensation for this role is $25/hr and there is an additional $1/hour premium for evening hours worked. ATI offers a strong benefits package that includes medical/dental/vision (and more), and eligibility begins on the 1st of the month following the date of hire, 401(k) with a generous employer contribution and match, 120 hours of paid time off annually (includes vacation, personal and sick time) + 12 paid holidays annually.
