Are you interested in working for a World Class Custom Manufacturing company? OEM Fabricators, Inc., an ISO certified company and manufacturer of the year award winner, is a full service custom job shop that is looking to hire skilled CNC Machinists at Woodville and Neillsville facility. Currently, we have positions on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
Woodville: 1st shift, Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m / 2nd shift, Monday – Thursday, 4:15 p.m. – 2:45 a.m (10% shift premium!) / 3rd shift is our weekend shift Friday – Sunday, 6:00 am – 6:00 pm (20% shift premium and overtime over 36 hours!)
Neillsville: 1st shift, M-Th, 6am – 4:30pm / 2nd shift two positions, M-Th, 4:30pm – 3am or M-W, 4:30pm – 5:30am (10% shift premium!) / 3rd shift (weekend shift) Fri. – Sun. 6am – 6pm (20% shift premium and overtime over 36 hours!)
Shift premium is calculated as: Example: 2nd shift, Starting offer $23/hour base - hourly rate including shift premium ($23.00 * 1.1) is $25.30/hour!
OEM offers:
A High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred. Minimum of one (1) year related schooling and two (2) years machining experience or any combination of schooling and/or experience that equals twenty-four (24) months.
Set up and run multiple machines including mills, lathes, drills.
Analyze drawings and specifications to determine the most efficient set-up and use of tools.
Program using machine language, the tool path and tool changes.
Sharpen tools or select and change inserts.
Verify that machined parts are within drawing specifications.
Maintain records of set-up.
Work with Estimators and Supervisor on problem parts.
