Job summary

Frontgrade Technologies in Exeter, NH is seeking a Machinist III to produce precision parts using various machine tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience and will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, producing and repairing parts, and performing quality inspections.

The Machinist III produces precision parts using machine tools and equipment. This involves measuring workpieces, installing machine parts, and performing quality inspections.

Responsibilities

• Estimate dimensions of workpieces, products, or equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Produce or repair precision parts using both manual and automated equipment and accurate measurements
• Set up, adjust, and operate all of the basic machine tools in order to perform precision machining operations
• Program more complex parts to be machined
• Measure and outline the parts to be machined using various devices and tools in order to obtain accurate dimensions
• Assist with design of basic manufacturing fixtures

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in area of responsibility.
