The Red Lion Team is seeking a Machinist II with multiple shifts available: weekdays (Monday - Thursday, 4/10 shifts) and weekends (Friday-Sunday, 6am-6pm, with premium pay). Responsibilities include:

• Installing, modifying, troubleshooting, repairing, and dismantling machinery and equipment based on documentation and blueprints.
• Preparing installation sites, constructing foundations, and aligning machinery.
• Testing machinery to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Fabricating metal parts for prototypes based on drawings.
• Programming PLCs (programmable logic controllers).

Major Position Responsibilities:

• Assisting with installation, operation, testing, and adjustment of various machines.
• Fabricating and modifying parts to repair or maintain machines.
• Machining parts to specifications using various machine tools.
• Inspecting and testing completed units for defects and conformity.

Qualifications:

• Vocational/Technical Training Degree with 2-4 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skills in mathematics, technical expertise, manual dexterity, physical stamina, and leadership.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree and additional technical training.

Physical Demands:

• Regular movement within facilities, ability to lift up to 45 pounds, and work outdoors or indoors with exposure to various climates.
• This position is safety-sensitive and may require working outside normal hours or shifts.
