Description

The machine operator must be able to operate all machines in machine shop according to both AAR and government regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run parts as required by work order in a timely manner according to AAR regulations.
• Set up parts in machine.
• Verify specs are to customer specification.
• Move part along to next department.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and or ability required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or General Education Degree GED, required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred, but not required.
• CNC experience preferred, but not required.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $19.32 to $23.77 hourly. This range reflects the base pay for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. AAR offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision/life/and AD&D insurance, 401(k) savings plan with employer match, paid time off and holiday pay, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
