Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corp. is seeking a detail oriented operator to run washing processes and support secondary processing in a manufacturing setting. You will handle baskets, identify parts, and verify counts to ensure quality in every cycle.

The role requires reading routers and blueprints, following ISO procedures, and collaborating with team members to maintain safety and efficiency on the shop floor. Prior experience with readouts and tooling is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read routers and blueprints.
• Follow ISO procedures and safety rules.
• Knowledge of component parts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run machine by manually moving baskets in and out of the wash area.
• Identify component parts and ensure quality of parts in the Durr wash system.
• Verify counts in each basket match the router ticket.
• Read part numbers and understand labeling.
• Empty chip carts and manage waste per process.
• Tumble parts safely and perform secondary operations (loading/unloading, coolant refill, tooling maintenance).
• Identify when tooling needs replacement and change tooling.
• Follow work instructions and setup sheets for machine configurations per customer requirements.
• Gauge and measure parts produced to spec.
• Set up and maintain secondary processing equipment.
• Maintain 5S in wash room and chip room daily.
• Work independently and as part of a team; be detail oriented and follow procedures.
