Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machine programming concepts.

Responsibilities

• Reviews setup sheet and specifications to determine setup procedure, machining sequence, and finished dimensions.
• Retrieves programs from shared drive and work order.
• Shears and forms parts to specification using machine controls.
• Positions material during shear and forming process as specified in setup instructions.
• Inspects work pieces for conformance to specifications.
• Notifies supervisor of any discrepancies.
• Assists other operators to ensure workflow and quality requirements are met.
• Works with titanium and aluminum materials.
