Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking a Machinist I in the United States to operate CNC lathes and milling machines, set up fixtures, and interpret blueprints to produce precision components. This is a fully onsite role, performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.
We are seeking a Machinist I to produce precision components through the operation and programming of CNC and manual machining equipment. In this role, you will set up machines, interpret technical drawings, and ensure parts are manufactured to strict tolerances and quality standards. You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to optimize machining processes, improve efficiency, and maintain high-quality production output.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently needs to stand, walk, and sit. Occasionally, the employee must climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Onsite – this role follows an Onsite Work Schedule and requires working from your designated Regal Rexnord office on a full‑time basis.
$42,000 – $53,500
