Job summary
The Conrad Company in York, PA is seeking a full-time Machinist/Hydraulic Cylinder Technician to join our Allied Hydraulic Service facility in Hallam, PA. The role focuses on evaluating, repairing, testing and troubleshooting hydraulic components and manufacturing cylinder parts.

Qualifications
- Experience with manual lathe and end mill required.
- Hydraulic repair/troubleshooting experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read measuring tools and gauges.
- Strong math skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
- Good written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Tear down, inspect, repair and test hydraulic components.
- Machining capabilities to manufacture cylinder components.
- Welding as required.
- Work overtime to complete projects.
- Complete training classes as assigned.
- Follow safety regulations and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

The Conrad Company, a fast growing, award-winning family-owned business located in York, PA is seeking a full-time Machinist/ Hydraulic Cylinder Technician to be a Hydraulic Bench Mechanic in our Allied Hydraulic Service facility based out of Hallam, PA. The Hydraulic Bench Mechanic position evaluates, repairs, tests and troubleshoots hydraulic components.
Full-time
- All activities associated with the tear down, inspection, and repair and testing of hydraulic components
- Machining capabilities to manufacture cylinder components
- Welding as required
- Work overtime as required to complete projects/assignments
- Complete all training classes as assigned
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures when performing tasks
- Perform other essential and related duties as assigned
- Previous experience with using a manual lathe & end mill is required
- Hydraulic experience with repair/ troubleshooting preferred, but not required
- Ability to work within a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- Strong math skills
- Hand tools required
- Ability to read measuring tools/gauges
