nVent is seeking a 2nd Shift Machinist in Anoka, MN to set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and produce high‑quality parts in a fast-paced environment. You will also run manual machines, perform basic program edits, and ensure tolerances are met.
Ideal candidates have experience with CNC milling/turning, manual equipment, and precision measurement tools, and can work independently on a structured night shift.

This role supports both production and short-run / repair work.

Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $20.40 - $37.80 Per Hour
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
