Job summary

RBC Bearings is seeking a Lead CNC Machinist for the 2nd shift to provide technical support, troubleshoot Mori/HAAS equipment, and move and stage products on the floor. The role requires operating machinery, reading drawings, and performing self-inspections while ensuring updated scheduling reports are provided.

Minimum 5+ years in CNC machining with leadership experience is preferred. Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods and contribute to a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience
• Experience leading a shift or small team
• Ability to read drawings and inspect parts
• Troubleshoot Mori/HAAS equipment
• Familiar with Mori & HAAS equipment with Fanuc control

Responsibilities

• Lead CNC Machining on 2nd shift and provide technical support.
• Troubleshoot Mori/HAAS equipment to resolve issues.
• Move and stage products across the floor and operate machinery.
