L3Harris Technologies in Camden, AR is seeking a Machinist B to operate CNC and conventional machines in a fast-paced shop. The role requires interpreting blueprints, GD&T, and setup of tooling to spec. You will contribute to development hardware for R&D programs and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Prerequisites include a High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of related experience, or 2 years post-secondary with 0–2 years of related experience. Security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, plus relevant experience.
• Preferred candidates have experience with precision measuring tools and G/M codes.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.

Responsabilités

• Operate CNC lathes, CNC milling centers, and related shop equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and GD&T.
• Set up tools and calibrate equipment per specifications.
• Maintain 5S+1 workspace and participate in preventive maintenance.
• Provide on-the-job training to technicians as required.
