You will master the operation of CNC Horizontal & Vertical Lathes, Surface Grinders, and CNC Mills under the mentorship of industry experts.

Starting Rate: From $16.61/hr (commensurate with prior work history and education).

Rapid Advancement: Successful completion of our 60-day foundational program puts you on the fast track to becoming a Top Rate Machinist, earning $28+/hr.

Income Potential: Earn over $60,000 annually with consistent overtime opportunities.

Shift Requirements:

Rotating Shift Schedule: Candidates must be available and willing to work a rotating shift pattern. This schedule is vital for maintaining our global production demands and offers exposure to all facets of our manufacturing operations.

Key Skills You Will Master:

Technical Blueprint Interpretation: Translating complex 2D schematics into precision‑engineered parts.

Precision Metrology: Utilizing dial calipers to achieve exact tolerances within 0.001â€.

Candidate Requirements:
