Job Overview

Our Operations team in Cedar Falls, IA, is seeking experienced Machinists to work across manufacturing processes, focusing on safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Positions are filled based on seniority, with specific assignments varying by availability.

Compensation and Schedule

• Starting pay: $22.57 or more, depending on the role
• Shift premiums of $1/hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts
• Wage reviews every 90 days
• Benefits start after 60 days
• Shifts:
  • First: 6:45 am - 2:45 pm
  • Second: 2:45 pm - 10:45 pm
  • Third: 10:45 pm - 6:45 am

Note: Due to ITAR regulations, only US Persons are eligible for employment.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Set up and operate equipment such as Manual Lathe, Mill, CNC machines, forklifts, and hand tools.
2. Follow drawings, routing sheets, CNC programs, and work instructions.
3. Check tooling and machine performance.
4. Follow safety protocols and quality standards.
5. Work mandatory overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or CNC certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing environment.
• Ability to use measuring instruments and read blueprints.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing, warehouse, and office settings.
• Exposed to various elements, but not continuously disagreeable.
